STAFF DEVELOPMENT

A strong staff applying excellence to their work is a profit center in every business enterprise. This has always been true but only recently recognized. Every process has a transaction cost, application cost and record keeping cost that is recoverable but seldom taken advantage.

Up until most enterprises didn't know how to take advantage of these business applications.

Before management can take full advantage of this profit center a foundation of intellectual capital needs to be built into the staff. This is an internal process that is manifested externally. In coaching terms the process is based on who the staff is being when they are doing the tasks.

Workshop

Three weekday mornings over a two week period with a follow-up session 3 weeks later. Total of 12 workshop hours in 5 week period.

Program

Weekly coaching sessions with the staff and monthly sessions with the executives they report to. Total of 12 coaching hours per month. Minimum commitment of 6 months required. For staffs of up to 10 people.
