DYNAMIC STRATEGY FORMULA IS A VERSATILE ENTERPRISE TOOL
Get it now from Dale Bruder

We are all wearing many hats….as we always have; Marketer, technician, administrator, producer, artist, contractor. The wise know their current strengths and capabilities. The wise know what environment they are in.

With your Dynamic Strategy Scorecard you will discover how to leverage your strengths…. in the present time environment. You'll have a keen eye on the sky, ear to the ground and new awareness of the internal and external forces.

With your Dynamic Strategy Scorecard you'll go beyond financially driven and top down to knowledge-based decision making. You'll find your discipline of committed leadership to take the strategic actions

Your Dynamic Strategy Scorecard reveals Internal Knowledge, Market Analysis, External Knowledge and Future Opportunities

Your Dynamic Strategy Scorecard shows you where to balance Performance Ability, Business Strategy, External Relationships and Current Operations

With your own Dynamic Strategy you'll factor in Performance Measurement, Key Production Indicators, Diversification and Market Development into your action plans

As in all efforts there is a landscape, ever a mine field of History & Habits, Structures & Systems, Territory and Skill Sets. Knowing your Dynamic Strategy provides the knowledge and awareness to turn these objects into power tools.

The structure of the Dynamic Strategy Assessment works this way:

1. Examine your enterprise strengths and capabilities using a four step process
2. Assess your current strengths and capabilities in the industry and business you are in.
3. Rate your enterprise strengths and capabilities on a scale.
4. Leverage your strengths and capabilities

The assessment weighs Business Strategy, External Relationships, Current Operations and Performance Ability through a series of customized inquiries. Discussion of scenerios, definitions and boundaries occurs throughout this portion of the assesment.

Business Strategy is a Future External domain

Business Strategy is the ways and means of competing

External Relationships is a Present External domain

External Relationships are your customers, investors, vendors and crucial allies

Current Operations is a Present Internal domain

Current Operations examines the production line, business processes and HR factors

Performance Ability is a Future Internal domain

Performance Ability is the continuous developing of capacity and competency to address demand

At this time the scores are calculated and we begin the interpretations. Discussion and explaination explores the combinations of weights .

Present Internal and External is Today Heavy – Good current performance with future vulnerability

Future Internal and External is Tomorrow Heavy – The planner, speculator.

Present and Future External emphasizes attention to cash flow at the expense of revenue generation.

Present Future Internal; Performance Ability and Current Operations has an emphasis on continuous improvement initiatives

Present External and Future Performance Ability is always marketing and socially active in organizations.

Present Internal and Future External is Creative Heavy – always in design and development or going to market too fast or too late.

One of the six currently dominates the use of your strengths and capabilities in the present environment.

The knowledge and awareness of the Dynamic Scorecard can be used in a variety of ways. It's immediate purpose is to illustrate present time awareness. The form and function application is creating an action culture for a department, division or project phase.

Intentionally applying the scorecard domains solidifies the awareness of where the enterprise team is operating and offers a view to see other action domains.

The Dynamic Strategy Scorecard is a powerful instrument. It reveals your present time and is versatile as an action tool.

Your mind is always alive, reaching everywhere

When ideal people are awaiting the right time to act, they are calm and controlled. Even if they have ambitions, they are easygoing, as if they were to spend the rest of their lives in their present state.

Thus, they are consistent. Those who are ambitious even though they do not advance cannot remain normal. This is a time when ideal people are still and in preparation as in upgrading skills through education and training.

Engage my attention to strengthen and empower you.
